Did you know? CPR as we know it was first developed in 1960—but its roots go back even further! In the 1700s, the Dutch used fireplace bellows to try and resuscitate drowning victims. 😲🔥💨

We’ve come a long way since then—thankfully no more bellows involved!

Let’s be real… not everyone’s ready for an unplanned first kiss with a stranger. 😅💋

✅ The truth? Hands-Only CPR is just as effective in most situations. All you need are strong, steady chest compressions to keep blood pumping until help arrives. 🫀💪

So if mouth-to-mouth is holding you back from learning CPR — it’s time to breathe easy. 😉
