Shirley completed her training at Waubonsee Community College in 2013. She is a nationally-certified therapist of massage and bodywork, a member of American Massage Therapy Association, and certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner. Her massage techniques incorporate Swedish, deep tissue and specific stretches with direct pressure strokes to release area tension and tight fascia. She also uses reflexology, lymphatic massage and Orthodynamic massage. Her key modalities are:
