Children make us sparkle with joy and we love when the fam shows up!
Our good friends from like to call us Birth Commons (their love story + fam began here)
Many children and parents also find friends and enjoyment here + a space to learn about healthy + happy lifestyle supported by herbs + informational shares.

Children are natural herbalists and in tune with their surroundings so it makes plenty of sense why we love to have them here.

🐣 Our first Children’s Circle with Olivia was a hit, and filled up fast!

for a lovely autumnal plant walk (the last gathering before we settle into hibernation this winter)

Signing up for the plant walk will put you on the list to be informed about our urban garden practices. We will be meeting up to tend to the garden in South Austin that we have created to fertilize, nurture, winterize and create sustainable gardening practices with native plants + soil building + water retention. This will be an ongoing volunteer opportunity and anyone is welcome to come. The date for gardening is TBD.

🦉Tis the season to ally with immunity care.
We will be offering immunity care bundles at discounted prices to keep you and your loved ones, healthy, and resilient.

Check out the three different options that we can supply, great to take in general or as needed, before travel, when someone in your circle gets aick and you want to ward it off, before gatherings, if you are stressed or losing sleep, and the list goes on for when you may need this. Herbs are great immunity influencers!

The three wellness bundles that are provided can be either for general immunity support throughout the season, upper respiratory, and congestion, or when you are sick already or coming down with something and you need help fighting off what’s ailing you and recovering quicker.

📍We have one more immunity class with coming up in November. This one is especially nice as the colder weather comes as it pertains to oils and salves that you can make to protect and nourish not only your skin, but your immune system and your respiratory as well. Black Cohosh is our superior chosen herb for scorpio season for a multitude of reasons. Read on to see reflections beyond darker psychological moments + painful cramps.

Black cohosh is known to befriend the wondering womb, with spider-like reaches into depths of the mind, this plant has been riding through hysteria, pain, hot flashes, menopause, birth + death + deep feminine strength. Learn about herbs that can support you or loved ones during an acute illness; such as a cold or flu. We will discuss herbs to ease common symptoms such as fever, aches, sinus pain, respiratory ailments, congestion, etc. These herbs can be used as a tea or steam, and you’ll have the opportunity to make a custom 1oz blend to take home with you!
