Abby Hemann, a Leander High School student, recently donated handmade hats to the St. David's Women's Center of Texas NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit). Abby spent time in the hospital's NICU after she was born prematurely in 2003, and she turns 18 this month. Over the course of a year, Abby knitted hats to donate to our NICU babies. We are thankful for young adults like Abby, who have found a way to give back to others during these difficult times. Thank you Abby and Happy Birthday!
