I had the most fun filled, wholesome 30th Birthday & Valentines celebration this past weekend!

Seeing all of my babies play together and parents mingle with each other brought me so much joy and honestly was just the cutest thing ever! The families I work with truly become extended family to me. I want to be there for the birthdays, dance recitals, kindergarten graduations etc.! 🥰

Thank you so much to for hosting this adorable event! The babies and toddlers LOVED it so much!

Special shoutout to my amazing Fiancée for planning and running all of the errands for this sweet party while I was working overnight! ❤️

Everything will be delivered to The Healing Project ATX, where it’ll go straight to families who need it most.

Every baby and their family deserve to be fed.

With recent SNAP cuts, many families in Austin are struggling to afford the basics including formula and baby food. No parent should have to choose between feeding themselves or their child.

How to help:
- Purchase formula & baby food from the Amazon Gift List in my bio (they’ll ship directly to me and I will deliver them to a local organization assisting families in need)
- Donate funds through the link on this post and in my bio to the Central Texas Food Bank
- if you’re a past client or local parent with unopened formula you’re not using, I’m happy to arrange pickup!

I figured it was time for a little reintroduction for all the new faces around here 🥰

Thank you to .chiro & for hosting such a beautiful event and celebrating the heart of this work. Thank you also to for being such an important part of my foundation and training! It was an honor to receive the Best Birth Doula award from my birth doula trainer herself!! 🥰

A special thank you to two former postpartum families ( & ) who came to cheer me on! I even got to stop by and see one of my sweet baby girls yesterday! Seeing her again before the ceremony was the sweetest full-circle moment 🥹

Postpartum boundaries aren’t about keeping people out, they’re about protecting what matters most: your rest, your baby, and your healing!

As a postpartum doula, I always encourage families to think through their boundaries before baby arrives. When your loved ones know how to best support you, whether that means limiting visitors, setting visiting hours, or asking for help with meals and chores while you bond with baby. These boundaries create space for healing, resting, bonding, and thriving in the fourth trimester!

If there’s one thing I want every parent I work with to remember it’s this: YOU know YOUR baby best!

There’s so much noise out there: social media, relatives, strangers at the grocery store. At the end of the day, YOU are the expert on YOUR baby. You are the safe place. You are the calm in the swirl of “shoulds.”

So keep what feels good, toss what doesn’t, and trust that your instincts are so much stronger than you think!
