Make it a (macro friendly) Pizza Night! 😎💪

This recipe is one of the easiest of all time! Pizza that can be made in minutes and is super macro friendly and low calorie.

🍕 Macros:
300 Calories
Protein: 27g
Carbs: 16g
Fat: 16g

🍕 Ingredients:
1 Tortilla of Choice
1/2 Cup Marinara Sauce
1/2 Cup Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
10 Turkey Pepperoni

🍕Directions
1. Add all ingredients on the wrap
2. Bake for 15 minutes at @ 450
3. Slice up add seasoning of choice & enjoy!

When you saw “12 Days of Christmas” pop up in the programming this week, but still haven’t done it! Take on our at home/remote version of this traditional holiday workout. 🎅🤙

12 Days of Christmas
1. Burpee
2. Single Arm Dumbbell Overhead Lunge
3. V-Up
4. Dumbbell Sn**ch
5. Thruster
6. Dumbbell Hang Power Clean
7. American Swing
8. Push-up
9. Goblet Squat
10. Dumbbell Push Press
11. Burpee over Dumbbell
12. 200m Sprint

Like the song and the original "12 Days of Christmas" workout complete each exercise in ascending order then work back down to 1, adding one exercise per round. Like this: 1, then 2-1, then 3-2-1, then 4-3-2-1, etc. – all the way to 12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1.

Post-holiday return to “reality” have you feeling like you got "off track?”

One too many pieces of pie, extra appetizers, some cookies, all topped off with more-than-usual adult beverages?

So...what do you do? Here are a few tips from our nutrition team!

First of all get a reality check on how "off track" you are! Are you being hard on yourself? Did you just loosen up and enjoy your holiday? Or did you really go overboard for several days or several meals and in a big way?

The way you start over is the same no matter what the answer, but reframing your mindset can be one of the most important things you can do!

DON’T
❌ Don't try to eat less.

❌ Don’t try to workout more to “even out” what you ate over the weekend or on your holiday.

❌ Don’t try to "run it off."

DO
✅ Simply start immediately with your plan! If you got off track for lunch, start back on track for dinner - don't skip or choose a salad only - just get back on the wagon.

✅ Stock your fridge with foods that fit your plan.

✅ Start your morning with water. Getting rehydrated will help you make better choices and flush your system! Eat a solid breakfast and pick up where you left off.

We cannot stress enough how important it is NOT to "run it off" or eat less aka starve yourself to make up for your "fun." This starts a vicious cycle.
