In 8 days, I will present my first TedX talk: Why the Pill Will Not Save You. I will be speaking on my personal journey from dependency on Adderall to true health freedom, using it as a lens to expose a healthcare system built on prescriptions instead of prevention.

This topic matters to me because I lived it. I know what it feels like to believe a pill is the only thing holding your life together—and I also know the freedom that comes from taking back ownership of your health. My mission now is to help others break out of dependency, step into real healing, and realize they are far more powerful than any prescription.

What an honor it was to speak among so many incredible female leaders yesterday at the premier Power of 100 event hosted by Impact Alliance Texas.

Yesterday was all about empowerment and being ok with saying no. Thank you to the leaders of Impact Alliance and the host of such a beautiful facility for putting this day together

When telling patients and clients to eat more whole foods, this is what I mean.

Foods that grow from the earth. Foods that are not created in a factory. Foods that are only 1 ingredient. Foods that the body actually recognizes.

I know it takes time to clean and prepare these foods, but isn’t your health worth the work? Anything worth having is worth working for- in this case it’s working for energy and longevity.

This is especially important to all my parents reading this. Lead by example.

15 minute meal from scratch for a family of 4:
Sesame ginger cabbage bowl

3 lbs ground turkey ( or chicken)
1/2 head of purple cabbage
1 red bell pepper
2 carrots
Everything but the bagel seasoning
Ginger dressing
Optional: cilantro

1.Cook the meat while chopping the cabbage, pepper and shredding the carrots

2. Mix all the veggies together. Put it in a bowl with desired amount of protein, a dash of EBTB seasoning, 2 tbsp ginger dressing. Done.
