Okay. Mind blown! I thought I was doing it all wrong until seeing this. I am such a slow paced, soaking it all in, explorer! I touch the water. I smell the weeds, and wild herbs. I HUG the trees, for real.

My sanctuary... What a perfect morning. The birds, fish, turtles, plants all welcomed me into their amazing home this morning. I sat at the end of a concrete dock and let the most amazing feeling water caress my legs. Wave after wave after wave. The was the best Earthing & Grounding HEALS session I have ever had. The wind, the sounds, the water were ALL beyond wonderful!

Staying present... It is worth the time to work on this.
