Honored to be recognized as MVP by St. David’s Surgical Hospital for my commitment to surgical time outs and debriefs! These safety checklists help the surgical team communicate effectively and ensure the highest level of safety for every patient. It may sound simple, but these are among the most important steps in surgical care!

Grateful to work alongside such an outstanding surgical team dedicated to putting patients first. 🏆
