One of my favorite travel rituals is bringing home a crystal (or many) from each place I visit. This hematite chakra wand came back with me from Denver this past weekend —each stone resonating with the energy of alignment and intention.✨️

🌳Hematite is deeply grounding and protective, known for helping to absorb negative energy and support clarity, focus, and confidence. I can't wait to use this wand in Reiki sessions to help realign and balance the chakras. It’s a sacred companion in my healing toolkit, charged with both purpose, balance and harmony. 🔮

Every year, I ask my guides for a guiding word for the year ahead. Last year was harmony and boy, did the year provide. This year, I heard the word "BOLD" so clearly. I am ready to live with more courage and confidence as it's a reminder to embrace my inner strength, speak my truth, and live authentically... and honestly, not giving a damn what people think of me anymore or how I move in the world. ✨
