Do you negotiate with your potential?

Do you hesitate, waiting until you have enough knowledge, skills, or comfort to take action?

Negotiating with the mind will keep you trapped in a decaying body, slowly aging away from the capacity to live & play in the activities you cherish

Discipline is the key to freedom because it is a consistent act of self love, reminding your mind & body daily what you are capable of

Remember, statistics aren’t facts, they are just numbers of what can be observed

MDs aren’t that dangerous & chiropractic isn’t that safe

That being said, It’s insane to me how often I hear how dangerous chiropractic is.

Chiropractic is a regulated medical profession is a powerful natural way to heal the body. We go through the same rigorous schooling, board examinations, & continuing education that every profession is required to do.

The difference?
We can’t prescribe medication.
Yes, that’s it.

While medical doctors are getting educated on prescription medications, we are getting educated on supplements & rehab exercises to empower our patients to be free from the codependency of medication & reduce risk of needing surgery.

The point of this post is to remind all these fear mongering doctors to go read a study

Stop using surgery & prescriptions to meet quotas you should be referring out to chiropractic for instead

In health, everyone has a place.

Surgery & medications are necessary for emergency

It’s last resort

Everything else should be exhausted first

When you take a look at the numbers, it makes sense why they clam chiropractic is dangerous

A multi trillion dollar industry requires you to be sick for it to survive

“You’re not alleviating stagnation”

The amount of doctors I’ve had tell me this still in 2026 is mind blowing to me

Cupping & body work is a powerful tool to help alleviate discomfort & flush the body of toxins built up

Muscle tension from stress & lack of movement prevent the lymphatic system from draining properly = stagnation

The lymph system is smooth muscle; meaning that it requires muscle contraction / relaxation to work since no nerves innervate it to assist in flushing

Cupping is also the only therapy that makes space between the skin & muscles, where the fascial system, meridian system, & capillary & superficial lymph system exist.

These are the areas that trauma caused adhesions can easily prevent metabolic waste production from flushing naturally.

If you’re a healthcare provider talking s**t about these services, do some research, you took an oath.

That being said, not all bodywork / cupping is the same

If the practitioner is putting all their weight into you causing pain, this is not healing, this is abuse

If they are pumping plastic cups as much as possible & leaving them there, this is not healing, this is abuse

True healing is an art that requires cultivation of safety, not forcing healing. Those are not healers, they are saviors stroking their ego at your expense.

If you fill a cup with the most magical water, won’t make much of a difference if that cup has holes in it, the water will leak out

This is the same with supplements, biohacking tools, programs, medicines, manifestations, plant medicines, etc

True health is simple

Walk
Be in nature
Eat food of the earth, not the lab
Honor your body with movement
Learn to love the obstacles instead of fear them
Meet pain with curiosity instead of resentment
Love unconditionally
Give your gifts like the spring gives water
Receive their gifts with open hands
Strengthen your relationship with creator

A list ai won’t give you
A list that is free & easy
A list that will build a strong foundation for the kingdom you’re creating in this life

It’s simple, not easy

It requires a love for discipline
It requires letting go of the programming domesticated into your wild soul from birth to keep you subservient & codependent on a system ran by evil

It’s not too late to apologize

There’s a million ways you could be wasting your energy

This is the one I see most often these days

People with expectations of grandeur
Like they somehow could have known better or done better
And cannot forgive themselves even though if they were giving others advice, that’s what they’d say to do

I help heal people from burnout & chronic pain

Forgiveness is a biohack beyond biohacks

It will create a baseline of potential that will create more energy then if Red Bull, monster, epinephrine, coffee, & coke (not the soda) had a baby together & you injected it directly into your heart

You can’t control the outside world

In a world telling you to go faster, slowing down is the silent revolution

Scroll for 5 minutes & you’ll see death, destruction, fear, evil, & distraction.

Don’t do this
That thing you’ve been told to do is killing you
Not doing that thing you’ve been told to do is killing you
They are coming for you
They are ruining everything
These are end times
The worlds never been worse

And while my prayers go out to those suffering under evil, the point I’m trying to bring up is your nervous system isn’t designed to handle hopelessness

Its meant to solve, to provide, to help

Being informed is important
