Last week I had the opportunity to speak in front of a really great organization Heroic

I’m always really excited to get to help teach the method to people who are serious about taking autonomy in their mental health journey, and this was a group of highly motivated individuals

It’s happening! Starting September 1st, this business will officially have a new home.

The new studio will be housed inside Casa de Luz East, a wellness community with a cafeteria that serves vegan, organic & gluten-free meals, as well as various businesses that are health & wellness adjacent.

All August sessions will remain at the current studio. The move officially occurs in September.

I am excited to see what opportunities and collaborations this new adventure will bring!

I look forward to seeing everyone there ✌️
