It’s the holiday season and I’ll be the first to say that I indulge a bit more during this time of year. Most of my food and lifestyle choices are very healthy, so I feel it’s OK to eat some of the less than healthy items you’re gonna find around the dinner table this Christmas.

if you get too strict with your diet, it will become unsustainable, stressful, and socially isolating. So having a bit of flexibility during the holiday season can be a nice break from your typical clean diet habits. Food is one way that we connect with the people we care about, and I believe the experiences you share around the table with the people you love are some of the most valuable moments of your life.
