For years, I struggled to keep myself regulated during family holidays. I come from a LARGE family, a boisterous family, a family that loves to laugh and argue and tease and joke... there were always so many layers of sensory stimulation; it was difficult to be able to focus, to follow. And I definitely wasn't able to help my kids learn how to navigate these albeit fun, but overwhelming gatherings... I've created the workshop: "How to stay Grounded, With Kids, During the Holidays." I try really hard to not let the bad rep of Mercury Retrograde automatically pull me down. And I'm not gonna lie, this one is making me feel just a tiny bit nervous... going through a retrograde right as the stress and fast pace of the holidays are arriving, it feels a bit... EXTRA.
Because it's falling in Sagittarius indicates that this retrograde is going to challenge us on some of our foundational Spiritual beliefs. I'm choosing (ok, hoping) that it's going to have us expanding in our beliefs and practices, hopefully helping us find new and expansive ways of practicing.
And just know, if it turns out to be a little challenging for you... it won't last forever. We can get through this together!
