Happy Friday!

As the weather gets warmer, consider giving yourself permission to step away from the screen for a while this weekend. Go outside. Sit in the sun for a little extra Vitamin D (don't forget your sunscreen). Take a walk without your phone in hand.

A little less screen time can mean:
✨ better sleep
✨ improved mental and emotional well-being
✨ deeper connection with the people around you
✨ reduced stress
✨ more movement and support for your physical health

Your peace, your body and your real life deserve your attention too!

Happy Friday!

Bone health matters, especially as we get older. Osteoporosis is often called a “silent disease” because symptoms may not appear until a fracture occurs.

Exercise, calcium, vitamin D, and screenings can help reduce risk.

If you’re over 50 or have a family history, talk with your doctor about your bone health. 💜
