Hey guys, I decided to send some words of encouragement today. Have you heard of the word “intentions”? Yes? Well do you know how important it is? Sort of? Well let me tell you something, setting the right intentions with nothing but kindness in your heart and love in your actions, you will be a force to be reckon with. How do you start? Talk to yourself. Start having positive conversations with yourself, whether it’s when you write, when you meditate or even talking in the mirror. Talk about your goals for the day and how you are going to achieve it. And when you finish guess what? You’ve set the right intentions for yourself, so now you are able to set those intentions upon others and repeat. ❤️ Did that make sense? I hope/want you all have a wonderful day ☀️
