To a high-power blender add:
2 scoops Bariatric Advantage High Protein Meal Replacement , Vanilla
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, suggest fat-free)
½ cup mango (fresh or frozen)
1 cup coconut milk, lite (or water)


Yields: Approximately (8) ½-cup pops
Directions:
Blend until smooth.
Divide evenly, pour approximately ½ cup into each popsicle mold.
Place in freezer for at least one hour or until frozen.

Summer Berry Meal Replacement Shake 🫐
This delicious high protein meal replacement shake using Bariatric Advantage's Vanilla protein powder is a delicious treat to beat this Summer heat!
Ingredients:

2 scoops Bariatric Advantage High Protein Meal Replacement, Vanilla
¼ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
¼ cup blackberries, fresh or frozen
6 oz. liquid of choice (milk, almond milk, or water)
Optional:
4-6 ice cubes

Directions:
