This is an intro to a longer training offered to groups and organizations that want to create inclusive and resilient spaces that consider the mental health of those they serve and employ.

Instructor:
Crystal L. Peña is a visionary in holistic well-being and community building through cultural arts practices. Based in Austin, TX, she is an experienced psychotherapist and trauma-informed somatic arts facilitator. Crystal creates transformative healing experiences. Crystal also consults and trains locally and internationally. A graduate of the Freedom School for Intersectional Medicine and Health Justice, she is currently pursuing a PhD focused on culturally responsive integrative mental health and wellness.
