This special evening is just one week away, and we can’t wait to gather with you.

Join Kate Smith for a powerful evening of manifestation, healing, and transformation as we honor our divine feminine energy. Kate will create a space that feels both grounding and expansive — a place where you can release what’s no longer serving you and step boldly into what you’re calling in.

During this circle, we’ll clear old patterns, set intentional and courageous visions for the month ahead, embody our desires through guided visualization and somatic practices, and receive insight through Oracle cards. We'll end of with a calming sound bath to send you home with the sweetest dreams.

Whether you’re moving through grief, calling in new love, cultivating abundance, or stepping into creativity, this is a space to align with your highest vision in community with other women.

A supportive gathering space for reflection, connection, and shared growth. Led by Kate Smith.

There’s a moment in every training where you realize this isn’t just about teaching yoga.

It’s about learning how to trust yourself in real time. How to stay steady when you feel unsure. How to speak with clarity. How to listen more deeply. How to lead with integrity.

The Retreat School of Yoga 200-hr Teacher Training begins the weekend of March 28–29, and what unfolds over those months is more than education. It’s mentorship. It’s accountability. It’s shared growth. It’s being surrounded by people who are willing to show up fully.

You don’t need to have a five‑year plan. You don’t even need to know if you want to teach. You just need to feel ready for something that asks more of you — and gives even more in return.

What a month, y'all!

To every single person who picked up a stamp card, showed up on tired days, tried a new class, learned a new name, stayed for coffee, or simply kept coming back — thank you. The energy in the studio this month has felt alive, connected, deeply intentional...and so much FUN!

This challenge has never been about racing to the finish line. It’s about commitment. It’s about asking yourself what you need and honoring that. It’s about letting your practice support you physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

And the most beautiful part? Watching you all cheer each other on.

We are so grateful for every one of you who participated. Whether you’ve finished already or are still stamping your way to 25, you are part of what makes this place so special.
