It’s that time of year y’all! Set your intention to attend 25 CLASSES IN 28 DAYS during the month of February!

The aim of this challenge is to bring us TOGETHER.

✨We challenge you to explore all that practicing yoga has to offer you physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
✨We challenge you to learn each others' names and sit with each other over a cup of coffee or matcha after class.
✨We challenge you to ask within, each time you practice, "what do I need?" and "how can my practice help me grow and serve?"
✨We challenge you to try classes you don't normally gravitate towards.
✨We challenge you to bring friends with you to the Retreat! And…we encourage you to be wholly yourself and to treat yourself with kindness this month.

Here are the details:

Because balance feels a little steadier when your bestie is beside you.
Because laughter belongs in the practice just as much as stillness.
Because showing up is easier — and more meaningful — when it’s shared.

At The Retreat, yoga has never just been about the poses. It’s about the moments in between — the encouragement when you wobble, the smiles after class, the quiet understanding that grows when we move and breathe together.

Not everything needs to be rushed.
Not every season asks for more effort, more doing, more striving.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do
is pause long enough to feel your breath,
listen to your body,
and remember yourself again.

Slowing down isn’t falling behind —
it’s how we come back into alignment.
It’s how clarity returns.
It’s how we heal, integrate, and move forward with intention instead of exhaustion.

✨If you’re feeling a quiet nudge to deepen your practice, to study in a way that feels nourishing, or to step into teaching from a grounded, embodied place — trust that pull. The Retreat School of Yoga is a space where that call is honored.

Our Monthly Prenatal Yoga Workshop is a space created just for you — a place to slow down, breathe deeply, and feel supported through every stage of pregnancy.

Each month, licensed therapist and yoga teacher Anna Francis guides a thoughtfully curated practice with a unique intention. This month, we explore expansion and surrender — the beautiful, sometimes tender dance that pregnancy invites us into.

Our bodies expand to make space for new life.
Our hearts expand to hold more love.
And alongside that growth, we’re asked to soften, release control, and trust the wisdom already within us.

Through gentle movement, meditation, journaling, and shared connection, you’ll be supported physically, emotionally, and spiritually — preparing not just for birth, but for the journey beyond.

Come exactly as you are — glowing or exhausted, calm or uncertain.
