As David moves into week 5 of his post-op recovery, progress continues to exceed expectations. Strength, mobility, and overall function are steadily improving, and swelling and discomfort are continuing to decrease.

This week, David officially added infrared sauna and cold plunge therapy into his recovery routine to support:
• Improved circulation
• Reduced inflammation
• Faster muscle recovery
• Enhanced overall healing

By combining structured rehab with intentional recovery modalities, he’s optimizing his body’s ability to heal and rebuild—not just recovering, but recovering smarter.
