Being outside is my favorite ways to reset between sessions. If I have time to throw in a bit of reading, even better. 💕
If you’re a fan of reading, like myself, follow me on @booked_for_days to read along! I have some great picks for this year!! 😉
If you need some space for yourself, let’s talk.

💗 Life doesn’t stop for us to make time and space for the things that matter to us.
💗 We need to create the time and space for it.
💗 Check in with yourself about what you need.
💗 Is it connecting, socializing, resting, creating, disconnecting…?
💗 Make time for it today.
👉 In a world that constantly encourages us to label and categorize ourselves, we have to be aware of the limitations these definitions can impose.
👉 While self-identification can provide a sense of belonging and help us understand ourselves, we are not one-dimensional, static beings confined to rigid definitions.
👉 By defining ourselves too narrowly, we risk limiting our growth and denying ourselves change. We risk not learning who we could become.
👉 If we allow it, our identities can be ever-evolving and multi-faceted, shaped by our experiences, aspirations, and interests.
👉 Embracing the fluidity of our identities allows us to explore new possibilities, discover hidden talents, and break free from rigid boundaries.
👉 For self-reflection exercise:
🤔 Notice the ways in which you define yourself by past experiences.
🤔 Notice the ways in which you define yourself that might be holding you back or preventing change.
🤔 What would it feel like to hold that identity loosely?
✨ Let yourself be open to new experiences, ideas, and perspectives that challenge your existing definitions.
Do you struggle to make a decision or do you tend to ask everyone else for their opinion first?
Or maybe you feel like you know what you want but when you hear a different opinion you start questioning yourself?
If this is you, keep in mind that you are the one who will live with your choices so make sure to always ask yourself first. 💕
📝 Returning to Yourself guided journal will help you create or deepen a practice of introspection and raise self-awareness of the limiting patterns that may be guiding you through life.
✨ It is created for the curious introvert, an old soul, self-knowledge seeker, and anyone who wants to explore their inner world via journaling.
✍️This journal was my passion project during COVID shutdown.
📔 Currently available in digital form only. Get yours through link in bio -> journal!
Dwellings in mistakes in pointless and it leads to reliving the mistakes over and over without change.

It’s so tempting to believe someone has all the answers for you. But this is not the case.
We have a natural tendency to avoid discomfort and want to skip through the hard stuff (no judgment, I prefer things to be easy as well!).
But no matter how great your mentor, healer, coach, or therapist is, they can’t help you transcend the real life lessons that you are meant to learn.
All this is to say, be discerning about who you trust and don’t mistake someone’s confidence for actual knowledge and ability to help.
I love me a good, active, outdoors Sunday! ☀️
✨ Game changers always look ahead!!! I left #womenssummit so inspired and motivated!!
Will share my biggest takeaways in another post! ✨
