📣 I’m excited to share 👉 My Therapy Journal: A Guided Journal for Getting Started and Getting the Most Out of Therapy Sessions.

📝 This digital journal was created to support you every step of the way:

* Check in with yourself before each session so you know what’s on your heart and mind.

* Capture important insights during therapy, so those “lightbulb moments” don’t fade away.

* Reflect between sessions to notice your progress, patterns, and the small wins that matter most.

* Feel more confident walking into therapy with clear thoughts and goals to share.

Whether you’re brand new to therapy or deep into your process, this journal is here to help you feel grounded, supported, and empowered.

The right choice rarely shows up looking easy or frictionless.

More often, it feels like resistance. A hundred reasons not to. Inconvenience to the well established ways in which we live.

Because good decisions usually cost something.

Time. Energy. Certainty. Comfort.

It’s inconvenient to pause instead of react.
To go to bed instead of scroll.
To not act and sit with the feeling.
To say no and risk being disliked.

Convenience will keep you stuck in the same pattern.

And sometimes choosing what’s good for you won’t feel like alignment or clarity or empowerment.

It’ll feel like inconvenience and discomfort.

Make the decision anyway.

You are not a fixed concept.

The labels you’ve used to define yourself?
They may have served you once—but they might be holding you back now.

This week’s blog is a permission slip to evolve. To outgrow. To un-define yourself.

✹ Read “The Trap of Labels and Self-Definitions” now—link in bio.

If you ever felt like you should be further along by now, or you feel like you’re “behind,” this blog post might feel like a deep breath.

It’s my most read blog post ever. So if you missed it the first time around or just need a reminder, go to innerbecoming blog to read: Advantages of Being a Late Bloomer.

Most of us move through our days on autopilot more than we realize — thinking the same thoughts, reacting the same ways, and repeating patterns without even noticing.

While this can help us get through routine tasks, it also means we can easily become entangled in our thoughts, identifying with them as truth. The problem is, left unchecked, autopilot keeps us stuck in familiar habits, even when they’re not serving us.

Disrupting this automatic mode isn’t something that happens by accident; it requires intentional practice.

Go to innerbecoming.com/blog to read the full post for a simple mindfulness practice.
