CPTSD Austin Community Was unable to find any local support groups or pages so I created one!!

Welp, I have had a hard time finding local support and therapists, so I figured let’s give this a shot.

Gonna start by figuring out how to make this group private… we don’t need the people who caused our trauma seeing our posts 🙃❤️‍🩹🧚🏻‍♀️
