🍻 Get ready to wrap up the year with DCTX! 🍻

Join us for our final social of 2025 – it's becoming a tradition to celebrate at one of Austin’s fantastic breweries! We're heading to Ants Beer Cave for an evening of drinks, snacks, and great company.

Curious about pickleball? 🥒 Now’s your chance to give it a whirl! We'll have instruction for beginners and some friendly competition for those ready to play. Make sure to dress accordingly if you want to join in on the fun!

Bring a non-member friend and let's unwind midweek. We're excited to catch up, swap summer plans, and close out the year together!

✨ Throwback Thursday! ✨

Our last member meeting was a blast! A huge shoutout to our incredible speaker who shared eye-opening insights on nutrition considerations for older adults. Did you know that in 2022, 1 in 10 seniors faced food insecurity? But thanks to Meals on Wheels, 2 out of 3 clients saw improvements in just three months!

We’re beyond grateful for and all our amazing members who joined us. It’s always inspiring to see dietitians and students come together, share knowledge, and uplift our community!

Volunteering at the Central Texas Food Bank for our winter social event reminded us of the power of teamwork and the impact of nourishing our neighbors in need. Together, we’re building a healthier, stronger Central Texas—one meal at a time. 🥦💪✨
