This is the beauty of fitness: different bodies, different goals, different journeys. What matters is that you’re chasing what you need. For her, it’s fat loss. For me, it’s strength. Both wins are worth celebrating.
Even when I’m not 100%, I’ll always make sure my clients get the best of me and the encouragement they deserve. Because your goals matter, your journey matters, and YOU matter.
