Client came over to talk about a few of her new favorite “healthy” snacks…
🗣️Don’t let the front of the bag preach louder than the facts.
“Gluten free”
“Peanut free”
“50% less sugar”
All big, bold, loud…
But then you flip it over and suddenly everything gets real quiet 🤫
100 calories… sounds good right?
Until you see it’s coming with 14g of sugar (11g added) for a ¼ cup.
A quarter cup.
That’s barely a handful.
So let’s be real…
If you’re not taking the time to read the label, you might as well grab the candy 🍬
Because at that point, you’re not choosing health…
you’re choosing marketing.
And that’s the lesson.
Everything labeled “healthy” isn’t actually helping you reach your goals.
Sometimes it’s just dressed up better.

Read the labels.
Check the serving size.
Look at the sugar.
Because the goal isn’t to eat “less bad”…
it’s to be intentional about what you’re putting in your body.
