If you're looking to give back to the community, look no further! The District is partnering with local neighborhood groups to collect canned good donations at our Thanksgiving Potluck Saturday, Nov. 22, and at our Luminary Festival on Friday, Dec. 12 and Saturday, Dec. 13.

Luminary Festival is coming up next month, Friday Dec. 12 and Sat. Dec. 13 from 6-9 p.m.!

We're thankful that Thanksgiving Potluck is only a couple weeks away! You're invited to share a meal with us on Saturday, Nov. 22 from 6-8 p.m. at the Recreation Center. We'll provide turkey, ham, and sides, and you're invited to bring your best signature side.

Additionally, we will be collecting canned goods at this event, so feel free to donate a non-perishable good before sharing a meal with the community!

Bulk Trash is happening in just two days on Saturday, Nov. 8 from 8 a.m.-noon, or until dumpsters are full at the P&F Yard!

This month we will be collecting bulk items for trash collection, and metal and cardboard for recycling. This event will be held rain or shine!

Landscaping rules vary across different sections of the District, so make sure to review your specific restrictive covenants before getting started. Landscaping projects require approval from the Architectural Control Committee, and depending on what area you live in, front yard naturalized landscaping may not be permitted by your section’s covenants.
