From Peru to Austin, our clinicians remain deeply committed to continuous learning and professional growth. This past weekend, several of our providers completed different levels of the LENS Neurofeedback training, further expanding their ability to support clients through innovative, mind–body approaches.

We are incredibly proud of their dedication to mastering effective, evidence-informed techniques that enhance healing, regulation, and overall well-being. Their commitment reflects our mission to provide the highest quality care to the communities we serve.

February’s workshop was all about the and what truly makes it feel full.

Each month, we host therapeutic art workshops where we blend creativity with social-emotional learning. From kids to teens to adults, our participants explore emotions, practice mindfulness, and slow down while creating something meaningful.

Our is not about it looking good, but rather focusing on the emotions it brings. These experiences help activate parts of the brain linked to joy, calm, and connection… all while building community and reminding us that healing doesn’t have to be heavy.

We enjoyed watching hearts open as meaningful conversations flow.
