I've been all about audible and podcasts lately. Leaning into positive energy, gratitude and manifesting when I'm feeling out of control or out of alignment.

☮ 3 Things To Do Now To Become Stress Free ☮

1️⃣ Do more of what makes you happy (at the start of your day) - is that sitting with your coffee outside or taking a long walk? Listen to your heart and don't feel guilty about it

2️⃣ Break up your entire day in 30 min blocks - analyze how you spend your time, find gaps and become more efficient so you don't feel overwhelmed - this was a GAME CHANGER for me!

3️⃣ Every morning, list out 3 of your most important tasks to complete that day - only 3! Use a post-it or phone wallpaper

You see Youtubers post about their “5am morning routine” and feel a ping of jealousy?⁣

This year has really tested me to embrace time alone but just like your health journey, not every day is perfect, right? ⁣

We have good days, we have bad days⁣

We have lazy days, we have productive days⁣

We have sad days, we have joyful days⁣

☀️3 TIPS TO FRESHEN UP YOUR ROUTINE☀️

1️⃣ Don’t try to do everything all at once - pick one goal (like wake up an hour early), get a handle on that before adding to it⁣

2️⃣ Don’t be crazy hard on yourself - I suffer from this one! A failure mindset only lessens your drive and motivation. Focus on how well you did today not what you lack⁣

3️⃣ Build your new routine around your current lifestyle - ex: if you don’t get home until 9pm, don’t force yourself to wake up at 5 am and lose sleep over it because you’ll eventually quit⁣

The whole thing from start to finish took me around 30 minutes to do.⁣

I recommend putting it in the fridge if you plan to keep it for a week. Anything longer, throw in the freezer (individually wrapped baggies) and take out 1-2 for a quick breakfast or pre-workout snack! ⁣

‼️Do you feel bored with your fitness and have zero motivation⁉️⁣

Same girl! I am in my garage gym every day & write lots of programs using easy at home equipment. ⁣

I was getting complacent! ⁣

I knew I needed to change things up for myself. ⁣

I noticed that on days I actually worked out (which was getting tougher and tougher to motivate myself to do) I was just repeating the same type of exercises with little change in my physique. ⁣

👉🏼 This led me to even less motivation!⁣

The solution?⁣

I got a cheap gym membership and changed up my cardio routine.⁣

I started using cables and machines that I haven’t used in months.⁣

It felt like Christmas for me!⁣

I have a whole new excitement around working out that hasn’t been there since pre-corona times.⁣

Moral of the story.....⁣

If things aren’t working, find out what will. Make little changes to spark your joy and passion again and the results will follow 💗⁣

My girls did this last week and they were STILL complaining about the soreness this week...FACT⁣

You can easily do this within 30 min 🥊⁣

We used dumbbells/plate + 1 resistance band to complete this but you’re able to do this without any weight at all! ⁣

If you’re a beginner, grab some wine bottles or detergent bottles to add a bit of weight to the shoulder exercises....⁣

WHAT I HATE ABOUT THIS INDUSTRY...

This week me and my clients went over nutrition mindset and perspective on what is considered stereotypically “healthy”.

Are you eating healthy and still feel stuck?

The number one most common goal most of my ladies want is to lose weight and keep it off without having to stick to chicken and broccoli all the time.

It’s no wonder we give up a week in...I challenge you to the following:

✔️ Become aware of what you consider to be a bad food - How do you feel after eating it? What do you tell yourself as you’re eating it?

✔️ Eliminate “bad”, “junk”, “fattening”, “unhealthy”, “not approved” from your vocabulary

✔️ Start reading the labels and compare macros before assuming something is healthy

✔️ Replace that guilt-induced language with more positive phrases that allow you to fully be in control of your cravings

Ex: “I had a good week, I’ll let myself have bread” ➡️ “This bread is delicious, I can eat one and feel good with my choice because nothing will change tomorrow”

Ex: “I can’t control myself around sweets” ➡️ “I am in control and can eat a cookie without harm”
