This week I am interviewing Brian Parana, a cross fit trainer and health consultant on the 🧭 Navigating Single Fatherhood Podcast. Exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle healthy alternatives are crucial to single fathers.
An Ametican Heart Association article said that single fathers die at a rate 3 times higher than single mothers or married couples.
Stress is a major factor and one of the best ways according to science, to reduce stress levels is to exercise.
My interview with Brain, will talk about how the effect of exercise manage emotional trauma as well as increasing self-esteem and self confidence, through exercises that address physical changes to the body.
We will discuss ways to get the body moving if you are not the gym rat type too (there are alternatives).
Exercises is one of the best way to navigate emotional and mental trauma. Exercise release hormones like endorphins, dopamine, serotonin, and norepinephrine, that collectively fight to reduce stress.
