Wonderful episode of the Texas Medical Association podcast featuring TNS member Dr. Kimberly Monday! 🎧 In conversation with TMA President Dr. Jayesh Shah, Dr. Monday shares crucial advice for physicians: reach out for help if you're struggling with mental health challenges.

'You would not tell a patient who had diabetes or hypertension not to get help. It's the same thing if you have a clinical depression,' she reminds us on the Let Doctors be Doctors podcast.

Her message is clear – we must advocate for ourselves just as we advocate for our patients. ♥️ Listen here: https://bit.ly/3JSlHlk
