Lizard Yoga Welcome to Lizard Yoga! Our mission is to offer Wellness, Education, and Community. Drop in and enjoy some vinyasa yoga, breathwork, or a sound bath class.

Follow it up with a massage, sauna, and/or ice bath. Lastly, head next door to our sister company True REST Austin South for Float Therapy. Stick around for tea and enjoy the welcoming community feel
