My heart is so full seeing this.
What started as a small dream 20 years ago has grown into something far bigger than I ever imagined. Seeing a class so full that it spills into another room is the most beautiful reminder of why we do what we do.

Thank you to the communities that welcome us, the residents who show up and the incredible instructors who make Shape Up Fitness what it is. Watching lives change through movement will never get old.

So very grateful. So very proud.

It’s Friday! I realized many on here are new, so here are 5 Friday Facts about me:

⭐️ I’m the Founder/Owner of Shape Up Corporate Fitness. I started Shape Up Fitness when I was 25 yrs. old. Yes!!! Seems like ages ago. Next month is our 17 year anniversary. Do the math….

⭐️ I have four kids(14, almost 12,7,5) 3 boys, 1 girl. I’m pretty obsessed with them and love traveling to all their sports. I’m a great sports mom! Go figure.

⭐️ I take yoga classes at-least 3 times a week. I never thought I’d like yoga but here I am forty and flexible. You’d be surprised how intense a yoga class can be when you add some weights and bands to a 60 min. 100° room! Is that still yoga?

⭐️ Being a Mom is my biggest
accomplishment. Really it is! Having four kids via c-section and keeping a 6-pack in tac is hard work, not once but four times.

⭐️ I used to work in Cardiac Rehab. Next job was a Exercise physiologist then a Nutrition Health Educator. I’ve got a great resume that helped start my own company in 2005.
