Your neck doesn’t hurt for the reason you think

1. Your chest is pulling you forward 🐢 🦐
Tight pecs + fascia around the sternum/collarbones = constant tension up into the neck

2. Your deep neck muscles are overworking
When the superficial/bigger muscles max out, the deeper group closer to the spine start gripping hard just to hold your head up

3. You keep stretching what’s already tight
More stretching ≠ better
Sometimes it just keeps the cycle going

Try this instead:

→ Release the chest
→ Squeeze and lift supportive neck fascia and muscle
→ Use gentle resistance to actually reset tension

Thank you for taking care of YOU

If this helped, comment “NECK” and I’ll send you my free mini course of the Neck Reset

Your jaw might NOT be the real problem here.

A lot of TMJ tension comes from the fascia surrounding the:
• base of the skull
• jaw muscle
• side of the neck

In this reel I’m showing 3 fascia release points that can help take pressure off the jaw so you stop clenching and grinding

If you catch yourself clenching your teeth or wake up feeling tightness then your body may be holding more tension than you realize.

Do this routine before bed and right now

My wife took this picture in a sandwich shop in New Orleans last week. A few days before that, we ran the cap10k. Also, hit a milestone on my neck reset course, still can’t believe it. And I’ve been getting good sleep and laughing more.

I could say simply, that I’m thankful for the support and trust. Helping people get out of pain is what I’m here to do blah blah blah

BUT look, it’s true and it makes me want to cry knowing how lucky I am to be able to help people with getting their lives back.
Pain is a real thing that can start somewhere like the neck, cause head aches, tmj, flood your nervous system with stress and then your mood changes; your mood is how you experience and interpret your life. It’s all connected - like fascia hehe. But through courses and bodywork I can do this. To me it’s still so wild.

Anyways, just wanted to remind you to not only keep taking care of you and also enjoy what you have.
Thank you so damn much💜

Bad posture is NOT your fault

It happens to most people and you can over correct all you want but once the mid back becomes chronically stuck like a metal pipe, you’re doing more bad than good.

Try this fascia floss to create space in the back for the neck and shoulder blades to rest and not be pushed forward as well as opening the chest.

Chronic tightness can be helped with this fascia flossing back pulley extravaganza.

As always thank you for taking care of YOU

If you’re dealing with puffiness, tension, or inflammation then try this fascia technique routine.

1. Gently squeeze + floss under the eyes and brows

2. Use the base of your palms to glide from forehead → temples → jaw

3. Strip down from the nose along the cheekbones into the chin

4. Press downward through the neck, then finish with slow circles

This helps boost circulation, support lymphatic flow, and reduce inflammation (especially from allergies).

thank you for taking care of YOU and your beautiful face

Did you know lower back pain isn’t always coming from your lower back?

A sheet ton of the tension lives in your lower fascia system and travels up into your mid-back, pulling and also pushing into itself.

If your fascia isn’t sliding well, your lower back ends up taking the hit.

Do this with me (because my lower back hurts too)

Legs up the wall > helps decompress and down-regulate your nervous system. Also takes less stress off the s-curve of your spine.

Lacrosse ball in the mid-back > targets your deeper fascia plus the muscles that refer tension into your low back.

Do this and tell me if your back feels better because my does after this one. 3x a day

If your back always feels tight/stiff, it’s probably not just “tight muscles”… it’s how your fascia is or isn’t moving.

Can you do this?

Is the fascia in your neck tight?

Turn your chin toward your shoulder, drop that shoulder down, and gently rotate your head and look up.
What do you feel? Tightness, pulling, restriction?

That’s your neck muscles + fascia not gliding the way they should.

::Try this reset::

90 seconds of slow elbow circles (forward + backward)

Then grab your upper trap and gently tilt your head away 10x

If it feels better, your body didn’t need more stretching… it needed better movement.

Comment “neck” and I’ll send you the full routine.

Thank you for taking care of YOU

Relax your shoulders

when your shoulders are not relaxed, it can communicate to the nervous system to go into fight or flight mode

To be in “stress time”, in your posture, your poor posture :-/

It’s not as easy as you think it is. These muscles in your back are stuck and preventing you from practicing good posture and calmness.

This is your workout.

This is three different exercises with two minutes sets.

That you need to do throughout the day.

We can all get stuck, that’s why I do what I do.

As always, thank you for taking care of YOU
