Happy Monday! What motivates you to have a great week? Here are some things that motivate me… Talking to my coworkers again, getting back into the routine, making plans for next weekend lol, meal planning for the week feel free to share your ideas and don’t forget to have a great week. Happiness is a choice that we make daily.

Self esteem is like a garden. You have to tend to it, w**d out the negative thoughts and add more soil, fertilize and water daily. Positive affirmations are a great way to water your garden and let that self esteem thrive! Mastery skills and exercising can also help. Let me know if you need help or more ideas on how to build that self esteem. You are enough and pretty magnificent!

A morning ritual can really set the mood for the day. Giving yourself time for self-care in the morning can help to prevent feelings of burnout or resentment later in the day, when you realize there’s not enough time to exercise, or even breathe, it feels. What is your morning ritual? ļæ¼ Try waking up to see the sunrise we’re going for a walk, yoga video, read allowed positive affirmations ļæ¼or meditation.

How much time do you spend online or looking at social media? Did you know that this can increase feelings of depression. Try putting a limit on your screen time. I would challenge you to put what you think you are using and see if you are accurate or if you have underestimated the time you spend mindlessly scrolling.

I continue to be amazed at how people figure out money. So many of us were not taught by parents or modeled how to budget, save and spend smartly.
