🎙️ Voice Trouble? Don’t Overlook C1 Misalignment

🦴 The C1 vertebra sits just behind the origin of the vagus nerve, which gives rise to:
🔹 Superior laryngeal nerve (for pitch control)
🔹 Recurrent laryngeal nerve (for vocal fold movement)

📌 Misalignment of C1 can irritate or compress the vagus nerve or its branches—leading to:
