Hi! I'm happy you're here. My name is Meagan Shepperd, and I recently graduated from West Texas A&M University with my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I’m passionate about supporting individuals of all ages through life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, anxiety, or depression while helping to strengthen their emotional intelligence and develop a deeper self-understanding.

My main goal as a therapist is to help others become the best versions of themselves. I approach therapy with optimism, openness, empathy, and compassion. I place an emphasis on active listening and collaboration, allowing clients to feel deeply heard while we work together to explore their experiences and build meaningful change. Ensuring comfort and safety is always a priority, and I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for growth.

Depending on each client’s needs, I incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), person-centered theory, positive psychology, mindfulness, play therapy, psychoeducation, and a variety of validation, reflection, and cognitive-challenging skills.

Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me exploring new coffee shops and restaurants in Austin, attending concerts, spending time with friends and family, listening to true crime podcasts, and traveling.

Schedule with Meagan starting the week of January 12, 2026 at our website below!

Welcome! I’m Asia Robinson, a Licensed Master Social Worker with a passion for supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate the ups and downs of life. Through my education and professional experience, I’ve found deep fulfillment in helping clients build practical social and emotional skills, including coping strategies, healthy boundary setting, and effective communication. I have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and ADHD, and I strive to meet each client with compassion and understanding.

My background in social work allows me to take a holistic approach to therapy-one that considers not only the individual, but also their relationships, environment, and community. Together, we will create a therapeutic space that is culturally sensitive, safe, and supportive of your unique healing journey. I tailor interventions to best fit your needs and story, often drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and art-based approaches. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, growth, and balance.

Schedule with Asia starting January 12, 2026 at our website below!

If January Feels Heavy, You’re Not Doing It Wrong

The new year doesn’t come with instant motivation or clarity, and that’s okay. January can feel slow, overwhelming, or just plain exhausting. Wherever you are right now is enough. Support doesn’t require a fresh start. Just a next step. 🩵🐘

Find support and schedule a visit online at elliementalhealth.com.

🎉 Hello, New Year. We’re Glad You’re Here!

New year, same you - and that’s more than okay! Whether you’re feeling hopeful, unsure, motivated, tired, or somewhere in between, there’s no “right” way to start the year. Growth doesn’t have to be loud, goals don’t have to be perfect, and taking care of your mental health can be as simple as checking in with yourself.

And if you do choose to seek support, you’re not alone - around three-quarters of people who go to therapy report that it helps them feel better and cope more effectively.

Here’s to a year of small wins, deep breaths, and giving yourself a little more grace. We’re here for it (and for you!) every step of the way.
