⭐️Deep plane lower facelift ⭐️

This stunning woman in her 60s (who already was gorgeous at baseline), came to me wanting to improve her neckline and jawline. She was blessed with great genetics and already had wonderful skin for being in her 60s. For her we just needed to reposition her facial fat pads and tighten her neck muscle which was performed with a deep plane lower face lip with platysmaplasty. By repositioning her cheek fat pads, her lower eyelid volume was restored as well as her inverted triangle, youthful facial shape. She already looked very young for her age and now looks even younger. I’m so pleased with her stunning result and loved working with such a wonderful person. ❤️🙏👏

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you all! I am so grateful for my sweet husband, my amazing daughters, my fabulous work family, and my wonderful patients. My nuclear family is my rock who keep me busy and loved and bring so much joy. My work family consists of such a special team of individuals, who are compassionate, intelligent, kind, and funny people with the highest level of integrity. They provide top notch care for my patients. They are an extension of me, and I am lucky to know each and every one of them. Finally, to all of my patients- thank you for entrusting me with your care. I enjoy getting to know each of you and being a part of your surgical journey. ⭐️Intraop Rhinoplasty⭐️

I just love the near immediate transformation that occurs with a primary rhinoplasty with hump reduction! This patient had a dorsal hump and slightly over-projected, droopy nasal tip. With a few small maneuvers, she has a near immediate improvement with a very natural result. She will get more swollen from here, as it will take time for her skin to contour to her new profile. However, most patients start loving their results by one to two weeks and it just gets better from there! 👏😀

⭐️Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty⭐️

This awesome gentleman presented to me wanting to improve his tired eyes. He did not like his upper eyelid hooding and the bags in his lower eyes.

After a comprehensive consultation, he elected to undergo an upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat grafting. This technique uses the patient’s natural fat to fill in the hollow below the eyelid bag, creating a smoother contour. This was performed under IV sedation.

In this photo he is now 3 months postop and looks more youthful and less tired. I just love this surgery in it’s ability to create a natural youthful appearance. The incisions are all imperceptible.

⭐️Ole Miss 40 Under 40⭐️

I am so humbled and honored to be selected for the 2024 class of Ole Miss 40 Under 40.

This special place is where I truly found myself. I started my time here as a wide eyed teen and left a more mature woman with a purpose. I met my lifelong best friends. It is where I started my premed journey while also being able to dive deeply into psychology and the liberal arts.

Any Ole Miss grad knows that 4 years here goes by in a blink and is much too short. However as I have lived around the country, I have realized that the bonds of Ole Miss grads run extremely deep. We are everywhere. We support each other. From east coast to west coast, young and old, the connection is immediate. We are a family.

As Chancellor Boyce said at the ceremony, “Ole Miss builds leaders”… “Ole Miss grads are changing the world.” Each and every friend and colleague from Ole Miss I know is a leader in their craft, family, and community. I could not be more proud of my Alma Mater and hope to continue to bring success to the wonderful legacy that is Ole Miss.

⭐️Finesse Rhinoplasty⭐️

This pretty young women came to me wanting to improve the shape of her nose. She did not like her small dorsal hump and wanted to narrow and lift her slightly droopy tip. She just wanted an overall more feminine shape.

She is 3 months postop in these photos. She still has about 30% of swelling on board, mainly in the tip and supratip. With a rhinoplasty, the end result truly takes a year to allow the skin to remodel around the refined nasal shape. I will post updated photos then. Her tip and dorsum will narrow a good bit more. It’s so cool to see the evolution of the healing. I love how she looks the same, just softened and more feminine. 🙌🙏

⭐️Rhinoplasty⭐️

This beautiful young lady came to me wanting to improve the shape of her nose. She did not like her dorsal hump and wanted to narrow and lift her droopy tip. She has a very petite face and the nose was out of harmony with these features.

With a primary rhinoplasty, the end result takes a full year. Her nasal tip will continue to narrow and become more refined over the next few months. We will take formal photos ar 3months. 🙌🙏

⭐️Deep plane lower facelift, Lower Blepharoplasty with Fat transfer ⭐️

This very sweet woman presented to me with concerns that she looked tired and more aged than she felt.

On exam she had prominent lower eyelid bags, heavy jowls, buccal fullness, and decreased neckline definition.

We discussed various options, and for her I performed a deep plane lower facelift and necklift, lower blepharoplasty, and fat transfer to the midface.

She is now 3 months postop and is just glowing! I love how natural and refreshed she looks. Her face has resumed the youthful heart shape, with lifted cheeks, resolution of the deep perioral lines and eye bags, and improved neck angle. If you zoom in, her scars around her ears are almost imperceptible.

I am so grateful that she trusted me with her care and allowed me to be a part of her self care journey! 🙏😊

⭐️Upper Blepharoplasty⭐️

This lovely woman came to me with concerns of upper eyelid skin heaviness, which she felt made her look and feel tired.

On exam, she had excess upper eyelid skin which was weighing down her eyelids and eye lashes.

For her, I performed an in office upper blepharoplasty. We gave her some medicine to relax her but she was awake for the entire procedure.

She is now 3 months postop and I just love her result. She looks exactly like herself, just refreshed and more awake.😊

⭐️Male Deep Plane Limited Incision Lower Facelift⭐️

This cool and handsome man presented to me with a goal to rejuvenate his face and neck. He felt tired and aged looking, with a discrepancy on how young he felt on the inside and how old looked on the outside. On exam his facial fat pads had descended, pulling his lower eyelids down and creating width to his lower face and laxity around his mouth and jawline. He also had crepey excess neck skin.

We discussed options and determined he was an excellent candidate for a limited incision lower necklift/ facelift under oral sedation. For this procedure, I do not use drains, and the head wrap comes off on day 1. Social downtime is about 10-14 days.

He is now 3 months out from his surgery and looks so natural and rejuvenated! On the front view you can see the improvement in his facial shape, with lifted and smoothed cheeks. On the oblique and profile views, you can see the improvement in the perioral heaviness and neckline/jawline.

I am so honored this awesome guy trusted me with his face. About 30-40% of my facial aging practice are male patients and this is continuing to grow. Men experience the same aging changes as women and can also benefit from a natural facial rejuvenation surgery.
