I’m very honored and truly grateful to share that I’ve received the 2026 GUM/RDH Award of Distinction as a FT Clinician.

This recognition means more to me than I can put into words, because it reflects the patients and families I’ve had the privilege to care for over the years. So many of them, especially those with special healthcare needs and dementia, have taught me far more than I could ever give in return.

They are the reason behind this work, and the reason I continue to learn, grow, and strive to do better each day.

I’m simply thankful to be part of a profession that allows me to care for others in this way, and I’m grateful for every person who has been part of that journey.
