We are a busy pediatric therapy company in Austin, TX, filled with people who love what they do and truly take care of one another. We provide therapy services to children in two outpatient facilities and in the home setting. We strive to provide excellent patient care and customer service, and we are looking for an individual who has a professional and dedicated nature to join our team at our North Austin clinic. The person in this role will primarily be responsible for cleaning between therapy sessions, organizing supplies, assisting therapists in various projects, and other administrative responsibilities as assigned. We are looking for a positive, energetic, and caring individual that will help contribute a vital role for our clinic.
Qualifications:
Professional appearance and attitude
Strong customer service skills – able to interact with patients and families
Excellent attendance
Diligent work ethic
Detail-oriented
Strong organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work without constant supervision
Reliable problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of computer systems including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities:
Clean treatment rooms & gyms between therapy sessions
Organize office and therapy supplies, including reporting to manager when supplies get low
Work with providers to ensure proper procedures are followed
Be available to help therapists during treatment sessions
Various clinic projects as assigned by manager
Answer/transfer phone calls
Take phone messages and email to providers
Check in patients & collect copay
Notify provider of patient’s arrival
Perform other miscellaneous tasks as assigned
