2025 End-of-Year Reflection
Who else prioritized their mental wellness this year? ✨
If you did, we see you.

At Contigo Wellness, our model has always been rooted in accessibility, equity, and decolonized healing. In 2025, those values showed up in tangible ways—through community wellness events, youth and women’s mental health groups, pro-bono therapy, Spanish-language workshops, public art, and care offered beyond traditional clinical spaces.

This year, we met people where they were:
in community centers, at City Hall, during moments of crisis, through everyday rituals like coffee, and in times of collective fear and uncertainty. We responded to Central Texas flooding with trauma-informed support and hosted drop-in crisis groups during ICE raids—because accessibility also means showing up when communities are hurting, not only locally, but nationally.

Every number represents people. Every program reflects trust, relationship, and shared responsibility—because healing is for everyone.

As we move into 2026, we continue what we’ve always practiced: Re-Indigenizing healing—returning to ancestral ways of knowing, honoring land and body, and building mental wellness systems rooted in dignity, justice, and collective care.
