No sign-up. No pressure. Just you, a yoga mat, and the sound of pine needles crackling under your back.

I couldn’t hear the instructor. I barely moved.
And it was exactly what I needed.

This is your reminder:
Wellness doesn’t have to mean green juice, 100 burpees, or pretending you’re not overwhelmed.
