Breathe.
You are the quiet mountain, weathered by countless storms, yet standing firm. Remember your stillness, your core, the unyielding strength that has always been yours.

This means You Are Not Alone. We chose this name because of how isolated we often felt not just in addiction, but at times, in recovery too. Our mission is simple - help people find a path to recovery that is simple to start and easy to understand.

🌟 A Path to Collective Empowerment 🌟

In the intricate tapestry of human nature, lies the power of transparency. Imagine a world where we courageously share our failures, not to seek pity or praise, but as a profound invitation to celebrate the messy process of lifelong learning. By embracing our vulnerabilities without the mask of performance, we foster a collective environment where growth, resilience, and empowerment intertwine harmoniously, igniting a beacon of hope for all who dare to embark on this transformative journey. Nothing could be more true in recovery. We should make it easy for people to get back in the rooms, without fear of judgment.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to bring attention to the importance of caring for our mental health. Remember, it's okay not to be okay, and it's important to ask for help when you need it. No one should suffer in silence. Don't let stigma or fear hold you back from seeking the support and resources you need to thrive. Together, we can create a culture that prioritizes mental health and empowers everyone to reach their full potential. Let's break the silence and finish the conversation.

The treatment center industry is broken. Out of the Affordable Care Act werewolfed a $45 billion dollar-a-year industry built on the backs of the sick and the dying. This is unacceptable. Although pain is inevitable, suffering is optional. No matter what has happened to you, where you are from, or what you have done, you can still find total peace, unconditional love, complete fulfillment, and an abundance of joy in your life.

No person is an exception to this. Darkness only exists because of the light, which means even in our darkest hour, light must exist.
