The Physician Family Wellness Series launches with WellRounds by Dr. Sarah Grimmer, PhD. Module 1, “Is It Mine or Theirs?”— Understanding Secondary Trauma in Physician Families, will be held virtually September 16 at 12:00 pm & 8:00 pm.

Open to TMA Alliance members statewide, this program offers video lessons, reflection tools, and discussion groups to strengthen physician family wellness.

What started as an idea inspired by an ad in Texas Medicine has transformed into a tradition: the Brownsville Medical Alliance’s long-running Jump-a-Thon. This community event brought joy and safety to local kids — with free jump ropes, helmets courtesy of TMA’s Hard Hats for Little Heads program, and books from Texas BookShare. A wonderful reminder of how small acts can empower youth and support families. # TMAAlliance
