MyChart patient portal provides you with online access to your child’s medical record. It can help you participate in their healthcare and communicate with their providers.
To sign up for MyChart Parent Proxy access for your child:
- Call 877-361-0111 for an activation code or
- Go to http://ms.spr.ly/6180evd4j and select “Request Access” or
- Call the practice at 512-610-7030 and request an access code.
Note: Parent Proxy accounts are tied to your personal email and date of birth.
