Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Duval

We provide short and long-term skilled nursing care that helps older adults achieve true wellness. We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference.

Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

From Crazy Sock Monday to Neon Tuesday, Wacky Tacky Wednesday, Tie-Dye Thursday, and Overalls Day for Friday, our team members and residents had a blast! A huge shout-out to our housekeeping team. We appreciate you all! 💙

☀️🎉 Last week, our bingo game was a hit... because we took bingo out into the fresh air of our patio! Residents had a great time playing while sipping on refreshing iced tea and Kool-Aid. 🍹💙

Put on your PURPLE for World Alzheimer's Day 💜 Alzheimer's disease is the most common type of dementia, affecting memory, thinking, and behavior. Over time, symptoms can become severe enough to interfere with daily life.

At our skilled nursing facilities, we see firsthand the impact this disease has on patients, families, and caregivers. Early detection matters—recognizing the signs can help individuals access care and support sooner. Some early warning signs include memory loss that disrupts daily life, confusion with time or place, difficulty completing familiar tasks, and changes in mood or personality.
