Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Duval We provide short and long-term skilled nursing care that helps older adults achieve true wellness. We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference.

Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

The fun continued during Skilled Nursing Care Week with Red Day, followed by Blue Day! Residents and team members showed off their colors, shared lots of smiles, and enjoyed sweet treats together along the way. From ice cream socials to themed dress-up days, it's been a great week celebrating our facility! ✨🍦
