Your breath is always with you, and it's a powerful tool.
Take 3 slow, deep breaths. Inhale through your nose for 4 counts, hold for 4, and exhale for 6. Do it twice more. Feel your shoulders drop? That’s your nervous system calming down. Small moment, big impact.

Tu respiración siempre te acompaña y es una herramienta poderosa. Respira lenta y profundamente tres veces. Inhala por la nariz contando hasta cuatro, aguanta la respiración durante cuatro y exhala durante seis. Repítelo dos veces más. ¿Sientes que tus hombros se relajan? Es tu sistema nervioso calmándose.
