Just ordered a couple of parts for my chocolate tempering machine. Will resume business very soon! In the meantime, I am taking orders!!! Because of limited time, I'm only making what people specify they want, so if you have a flavor request please throw it at me. So far I have requests for Texas Gold and the plain dark chocolate olive oil truffles (Chat Noir line). Let me know!!!

Just filled my last order and I have extras! If you would like to order a box of truffles, please let me know. At this point I can fill four mixed half-pound boxes or three half-pounds and a pound-sized box.

Due to pregnancy issues, chocolate production will be limited this Christmas. I am about to post two delivery dates for the month of December, not including a couple of Texas Gold productions. People who pre-ordered will have top priority in choosing a date, but once spots fill I will have to stop taking orders. Regretfully I cannot handle my usual load. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility. Amy Jasek, I am giving you your own production date since you are ordering so many boxes of just one kind of chocolate (Nov. 30th). Suzel Roth (one pound mixed) and Brandy Cheung (11 4-oz boxes), I am putting you both down for first production. If you would like to change that, let me know.

I am officially sold out of my Thanksgiving chocolates, even the extras I always make just in case. Will post menus and delivery dates for my Christmas chocolates within the week. I am now taking orders for my classic line! Chosen especially for Thanksgiving, here are the flavors:

White Chocolate: Strawberry
Milk Chocolate: Dulce de Leche, Pumpkin Spice, Candied Yam
Dark Chocolate: Coconut, raspberry.

$34 for a one-pound box, $20 for a 9 oz box, $10 for 4ozs.
Delivery will be on November 15 and 16. Please let me know by Sunday the 11th if you would like to place an order. This will be the only order I will be taking in November for this line. I will be making Texas Gold the week of Thanksgiving, date to be determined. Thanks!!!
