Soft pretzel bites coated in cinnamon brown sugar 🥨✨ Only 16 calories per bite with 1.5g protein. Snack time just got serious.

Pretzel Bites: 50g (1/3 cup) self-rising flour • 30g (1/4 cup) Flex Brands Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder • 16g (2 tbsp) coconut flour • 10g (1 tbsp) PB Party Protein Cookie Butter Powder • 5g (1 tsp) zero-calorie sweetener • 4g (1 tsp) ground cinnamon • 27g (1 cup) plain non-fat Greek yogurt • Non-stick butter cooking spray

Cinnamon Brown Sugar Coating: 15g (1 tbsp) light brown sugar • 6g (1 1/2 tsp) ground cinnamon • 6g (1 1/2 tsp) zero-calorie sweetener

Protein Icing: 30g (1/4 cup) Flex Brands Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder • 15g (2 tbsp) powdered sugar • 4g (1 tsp) sugar-free/fat-free white chocolate pudding mix • Unsweetened vanilla almond milk (add slowly to reach desired consistency)

Add all dry pretzel ingredients to a food processor and pulse to combine. Add Greek yogurt and process on low until dough balls form. Transfer to a surface, form into a ball, then shape into 32 small pretzel bites. Spray pretzel bites with non-stick butter cooking spray. Mix coating ingredients in a bowl. Coat a few bites at a time. If coating doesn’t stick, wait a few minutes for bites to moisten, then coat again. Air fry at 360°F for 4-6 minutes or until golden. While bites are cooking, mix all dry icing ingredients in a bowl. Slowly add almond milk until you reach an icing-like consistency. Drizzle over bites and enjoy!

Waffles this good shouldn’t be this easy 🧇 Light, crispy, high protein, and ready for all your favorite toppings. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

What you need:
120g (1 cup) all-purpose flour • 60g (1/2 cup) Flex Brands Vanilla Whey/Casein Blend Protein Powder
30g (1/4 cup) • PB Party • 24g (1/4 cup) coconut flour • 8g (2 tsp) zero-calorie sweetener • 8g (2 tsp) baking powder • 150g (5 oz) egg whites • 400ml (1 2/3 cups) unsweetened almond milk

How to make it:
Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix to avoid clumping. Add egg whites and almond milk and mix until combined. Preheat waffle maker and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Add 1/4 of the batter to the center and spread to fill the entire iron. Close and cook until golden. Repeat for remaining 3 waffles. Add toppings and enjoy!

Here’s how to make it 👇
1️⃣Add ice and your choice of milk to a blender. We recommend using for best results.

2️⃣Add a base of banana and your favorite Flex protein powder for creaminess and consistency.

3️⃣Add in your Peanut Butter Cup protein mix in.

4️⃣ Blend and enjoy!

Add whipped cream and sauce of your choice. 🙌

We are running LOW on this flavor and will likely be out for 6-7 months! Do not hesitate!
