Buckingham Center has renowned cosmetic surgeons specializing in facial plastic surgery. Edward D. Buckingham, M.D. received his B.B.A.

in accounting from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He then attended the University of Texas at Austin and completed his premedical coursework achieving a perfect 4.0 grade point average. Dr. Buckingham received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society as a junior medical student and served as the organization's vice-president and later president. Dr. Smith earned her Medical Degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine, where she graduated in the top 5% of her class as Cum Laude and was a junior inductee into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, where she served as vice president. She was also nominated by her faculty and peers to the Gold Humanism Honor Society, which recognizes role models who demonstrate excellence in clinical care, compassion, and dedication to service. While in medical school, she was also selected as a Medical Student Research Program Scholar, served on the ethics committee, acted as a peer tutor, and volunteered with several community outreach programs.

Nicole began her nursing career in the Intensive Care Unit before discovering her passion for aesthetics while working alongside Dr. Buckingham and Dr. Smith in the operating room. Her background in critical care brings a thoughtful, safety-focused approach to every treatment she performs.
