"If I could skip the doctor's visit and go straight to Jarod's office I would. (In Texas there's no "direct access" to PT. You have to get a prescription first.) Anyway, twice in the past 3 years, Jarod has quickly gotten to the heart of my pain and dysfunction. I went to him, first, for a hip labral tear in 2015 and again in 2017 for a meniscus tear. Both times, he did what the doctor had no time for: watched me move, asked me plenty of questions, listened to my answers patiently, then used his substantial manual therapy skills to identify areas of soft issue pain and muscular weakness. He showed me how to work at home, using his exercises and self-massage techniques, to rapidly improve. I trust him and count myself lucky to have found him."
