if you didn't know me before sound healing, there have many different iterations of jen. this picture was taken circa 2013. i used to be an aerial dancer, an artform that taught me to meet challenges with strength, to find beauty in bruises, to surrender and trust in the flow to unlock infinite creativity. ✨✨✨

Our final Wellness Wednesday sound meditation in the James Turrell Skyspace takes place tomorrow with a special encore set on Thursday May 1 to finish out the spring series.
