🧘‍♂️ I'm so excited to be back with and at the tonight for free yoga in the park tonight at 6pm! Tonight we will settle in for a yummy Yin practice supported by healing sounds. We'll end the evening by creating a Human Singing Bowl again with a big collective OM!!

Our final Wellness Wednesday sound meditation in the James Turrell Skyspace takes place tomorrow with a special encore set on Thursday May 1 to finish out the spring series.

Free reservations are now live, standy seats are available on a first come, first served basis. The sunset sequence begins both evenings at 7:38pm.

James Turrell’s work, The Color Inside, explores light and space, and is the perfect container for deep contemplation and connection to one’s own inner light. Become a part of the installation yourself as you are enveloped in light, color and sound… experience a shift in your senses and perception, and allow yourself to journey within.

By popular demand, sound healer Sonic Starchild (Jen Vu) will return to the Skyspace this spring! Starchild's sound bath sessions include singing bowls, gongs and more, set against the backdrop of James Turrell's immersive light sequence. Part of Landmarks' Wellness Wednesday series, the events will be held on select Wednesday evenings, January through April.

Spring 2025 Sessions:
January 22; 5:30 PM CST (*Tickets available Monday, January 20 at Noon CST*)
February 19; 5:55 PM CST
April 2; 7:20 PM CST
April 30; 7:35 PM CST
